My wife and I are going to visit Beaufort in a few weeks and I was wondering if there are any romantic restaurants that you would recommend.

It may not be the absolute most romantic restaurant (it can get a little crowded in there), but Beaufort Grocery has always been good for a date night. The food is excellent.

Im not to familiar with any Romantic restaurants in Beafort, I am sure there are some. Take a walk along the waterfront and just stop at a place you like. It is a relaxing stroll that will get you in the mood for some good food. One of my favorite places to stop at is Clawson%26#39;s 1905 Restaurant and Pub. Its atmosphere is reminds me of an english pub, you can find tables tucked away in the corner for privacy and every time I have been the food has been excellent! To me the romance is in the views outside over the water, the food plays a distant second in my opinion so anything you pick would be good.

Family has lived in Beaufort for the past ten years. We love the Beaufort Grocery. It is small, with wonderful food and outstanding service. You can eat outside if weather permits. You must try their pecan pie!!! It is large so you and your wife can share.

Clawsons is a good place too but not romantic...rustic, louder, family oriented.

Make a reservation at Bft. Grocery especially on the weekends and summer. After, just walk the water front and enjoy.
