There are 4 of us (adults) arriving in the Kitty Hawk area the day before our week%26#39;s rental in Avon in early June 2008. We need accommodations that night and I%26#39;m unable to find (1) reasonably-priced lodging (under $100 for two rooms, two people in each room, or under $250 for a room large enough for the 4 of us and (2) most places (particularly the B%26amp;B%26#39;s) want a stay of 2 or more nights.
Any suggestions would be most appreciated!
Economical Lodging for 1 Night in Kitty Hawk?Depending on the time of year, it may not be possible to find that rate. Outer Banks does not have a lot of hotel compared to some resort areas, and so the prices may be higher. There are some hotels in Kill Devil Hills that you may want to try. There is a Clarion, a Days Inn, a Mariner, a Travel lodge, etc. These may have a better rate, but I%26#39;m not sure what places you have already called.
