Any suggestions on where to stay near Fort Bragg? My husband is returning from Afghanistan, and I would like to stay somewhere nice, but not over expensive. We also have family coming into the area who would like to stay at the same hotel as us. I am not from the area, so any suggestions would be grat. Thanks!!

We have enjoyed the Hilton Garden Inn in Fayetteville...also the Wingate and Courtyard in the same area.
Nearby them is the Residence Inn, a newer place on Skibo and might be an alternative for family groups to consider and split the cost.
You can also take a look at Spring Lake NC accommodations. It%26#39;s right sort of %26#39;in%26#39; Fort Bragg. There%26#39;s a new Hampton Inn there but there are several others as well with pretty good prices.

Just a suggestion but maybe try a weekly vacation home rental. It usually costs less than a hotel, especially if there are other family coming in. Plus it is a lot nicer to have so much privacy and it sure cuts down on the cost of having to eat out everynight. It%26#39;s ironic, your%26#39;s is coming home and mine is leaving from the same place. Congratulations!
