Considering a visit to Ocean Isle in mid-April. Can anyone tell me what the weather, water conditions are like at that time of year? Thanks.
Weather in April
water still cool, weather is about 50-60, so it is still too cool for me! But if you are a die hard beach bum, you can brave it. I like it in june july personally, but the rates would be super in april I would suppose.

It can really vary - it can be cold, rainy and in the 40s or warm and sunny and in the 70s - no way to predict it. The water WILL be cold.
