Perhaps not revenge so to speak, BUT I think ALL of you should contact the Better Businesses Bureau (www.bbb.org). Their main office is: 4200 Wilson Blvd, Suite 800 Arlington, VA 22203-1838 (703)276-0100

Or the Hampton Roads office which seems to handle the outer banks: BBB of Greater Hampton Roads (www.norfolk.bbb.org) 586 Virginian Drive Norfolk, VA 23505 (757)531-1300.

I found that in the past 36 months they have had 7 complaints against them. I think AlbayDave, travellenfool, tlchippy and obxmess should make that 11 complaints if you haven%26#39;t already!!

I think it is horrible that anyone should have to go through what you are going through with that company! And contacting the BBB might just be a way of getting them reprimanded for their treatment of their customers.

I appreciate the advice and have begun the complaint process through the Norfolk VA office. Too bad there isn%26#39;t a outer banks specific BBB, but this will be useful.

I was going to go to the BBB if we didn%26#39;t get our money back. I looked into it but the site suggested trying to work it out with the company first.

I did make a report to the BBB. It%26#39;s kind of hard for them to do anything because they are not a member.
