Looking for some info. Has anyone rented from Outer Banks Blue Realty Co? We%26#39;re about ready to book a house for June 08, but I noticed the company has only been around for 2 years. Should I worry?

I used them last year for a house in Pine Island and booked with them again this year. They were great to work with. Since their homes have keypad locks, you do not need a stop at their office to either pick up or drop off the keys. They responded quickly when a maintenance problem arose. You shouldn%26#39;t have a problem.

I rented from them for this summer for the first time. The owner, Tim Cafferty, is very well connected in the industry groups and used to be the General Manager for ResortQuest which was B%26amp;B on the Beach years ago. I wouldn%26#39;t worry too much!
